Idaho | If you’re having problems free wheeling down The hills now I’ll definitely stay away from the 4420 the hydros do not hold on those things and the brake system is substandard for hill climbing they are too light on the front with that motor mount on the back I’ve had some major scares with one of those things over the years definitely go with the green there traction control and brake systems are superior to the red machines don’t get me wrong I like to red ones In many other ways But the ability to handle rough steep terrain is not one of them . And you need Wide tires too
The only red machines that handle Hills verywell are the old mid engine mount 3200 b Are use a different brake system and the hydros have more holding capability but those machines are getting quite old and long in the tooth
My suggestion for what do you is a 4900 series deere and you must have the traction control option
