Several pictures below of a solar project of about 400 acres of hilly Piedmont region of North Carolina land about 16 miles from here. Some of the acreage was decent, though hilly and sloping farm land, for this area. Some of it was hilly forestland that has been cleared. With the grading that has been done for graveled parking/storage lots and roadways through the fields plus erosion control structures, it is doubtful this land will ever be returned to previous condition.
