we plow 4 20" bottoms about 6-10" deep with a 110PTO hp tractor in the same type soil. It would work, but don't expect to go really fast.
you may want to go fairly deep (10" or so) with ground like that, so may make the tractor work hard. I have found that the deeper i go, the harder it is to plow.
