Huntley Montana | Not yet. But I found out what can happen when the "other side" has the right to AMEND (change) the agreement . Figgure It's going to cost me between $600,000 & a million befor I'm totally out of that wreck.
I have very little trust in contracts that say they can be "amended" by the other party. & the "teck agreement" you sign for Monsanto is wrote BY & FOR Monsanto. I have not signed it because of the other "experance" because the way I read Monsanto's "agreement" is they can change it to suit them at any time, but you are stuck for the rest of your life once you sign it. You cannot say I no longer want to use your product, & I want out of the agreement.
So I have not bought any RR traits. So far I have other choices, but Big M is trying to take those away also. I have quit raising Sugar Beets & Corn. I hope the RR alfalfa never gets recleared. I also hope that they keep the RR wheat out also. | |
