Ask Percy S??????? up in Canada about that. He had setbacks, but the conola blowing off the trucks cross polinated his seed conola & Monsanto tried to break him because he had RR seed that HE DID NOT WANT.
No, spend a few minutes and look up the court records. Percy intentionally sprayed his crop with glyphosate, harvested the surviving plants, cleaned, treated, and planted the saved seed. He most certainly did want RR seed on his land.
The problem I have with Monsanto's "Teck agreement " is they can AMEND (change) it anytime they want to whatever they want & you can never get out of it untill death once you sign. What are you going to do if they change it to where YOU CAN ONLY USE THIER SEED & CHEMICAL on your farms, then demand a share of the crop over & above the cost of seed?
Buy someone else's seed.
At any rate, since those provivions *aren't* a part of the agreement, the point is moot, and you are worrying about things that don't exist.
