Ask Percy S??????? up in Canada about that. He had setbacks, but the conola blowing off the trucks cross polinated his seed conola & Monsanto tried to break him because he had RR seed that HE DID NOT WANT.
The problem I have with Monsanto's "Teck agreement " is they can AMEND (change) it anytime they want to whatever they want & you can never get out of it untill death once you sign. What are you going to do if they change it to where YOU CAN ONLY USE THIER SEED & CHEMICAL on your farms, then demand a share of the crop over & above the cost of seed? I already have been involved in a COOP that started changing the rules after they figgured they had enough control ( your money) that most would follow like "meek little lambs to the bucher."
