North Central Texas | Don't count ryegrass and clover as winter annuals. They don't get good till winter annuals (wheat, oats, rye, barley) are playing out. It's wheat or oats down here till the ryegrass and clover get going.
Sudan degrades fast and doesn't stockpile well at all. Graze out wheat, plant some Milo and tell everyone your farming Milo. Don't get it sprayed and you will have plenty of crabgrass, panicum, and hooray to graze in the summer. Get the ryegrass and clover planted into the Bermuda. | |
