Milford, IL | I have been alive long enough to know that most every market is cyclical. This time around, the housing market got hot and stayed hot for longer than I have previously seen.
I think if I knew how to build a house, I'd be cranking them out as fast as I could pour concrete and nail boards together. But I don't, so I watch in awe of what buyers will pay for a home. I believe the underlying cause may be that we have a shortage of people who know how to build houses - and possibly excessive regulatory burden. | |
