Kettle Moraine, WI | Maybe a food dehydrator? In principle that is what you are doing is dehydrating at the oven temp but common oven isnt something like a Gaggenau oven that does low temp, convection, and dehydration at high cost but neat to read about for a home amateur cook.
I also wonder if freeze drying isn't part of the commercial process.
