I have a piece of advice , i really believe in!!! Dont drink milk from a convience store!!! I believe this is what caused my stones. One day i drank 1 carton of Roberts milk in the morning & worked all day, by 5 oclock i was indescribably miserable. The label says "calcium fortified". Never never again will i drink fortified milk!!!!
