Traffic flow outside has already been mentioned.
Also consider traffic flow flexibility if building gets longer, or if it gets repurposed in the future.
We always think it'll have enough capacity, but it likely won't. Grain bins sites are a great example.
We always think the program/project/business will last forever and not require change. But that's wrong too.
