I would be most concerned about your seed company dumping you about 2 years after you spent the money. Lots of nice but unneeded offices and smaller sheds in our neighborhood that once big P dealers. Seed companies will sell you out to the coop in a heart beat. and I would buy from you than the coop.
I appreciate your input but I'm not worried about that at all. I had ten different companies approach me in the last year when my sales manager position was cut. If it were to happen I would have a place to store machinery or rent it out to people who thought they needed a $50,000 camper or boat to use twice a summer with no place to go with it in the winter. |
