What a stupid statement, if they are really in poverty why aren't they stealing food to survive, they're just lazy thieves. There are enough programs in this country to prevent people from starving to death. Why do you leftys deny sin and evil?
I’m not sure the answer. But, in poorer areas crime is higher. Unfortunately you take away welfare and such, it will get worst. Pretty sure neither political party has the answer.
Also I doubt the irrigation wires stolen were used to wire the thieves trailer house.
