I don’t like the large connector on the clutch module. I have broken the tabs off of more than one trying to release them to remove the harness. I believe the problem is that the outer case of the module goes not allow enough clearance for the connector to drop in like it should. This may be why yours was not fully mated. Try to avoid removing it if possible. If it must be removed try to push it in even more before trying to push in on the tabs.
Hopefully the module passes the clutch (relay) detect step now.
Yes everything is working as it should. The little tab is broken, but when we pressed it all together it does hold tight. We have no plans to remove it now |
