Southwestern Minnesota | It's really not recommended as a food safe practice to put raw, uncooked corn into the freezer without blanching it first. Corn does not have enough acid to make that a safe practice. You can cut it off the cob raw and then blanch that- less cob and easier to cool. Some people do put raw corn in the freezer and come out fine. Depends on your tolerance for the risk of food poisoning. | |
