I agree. First, show me the discrimination and then propose a reasonable compensation. I don't think this program meets this criteria. Unfortunately, we are talking about the government here and usually most anything the government is involved with makes little sense. With that said, I don't believe the discrimination lawsuits being filed in regard to this program will prevail.
