Kettle Moraine, WI | Here is where woke-ism is going to set or not set precedent as I have stated here before. This isn't about skin color, it is about race. A trans-racial person can be one race and have the skin color of another (I am only interpreting woke-ism as I see it). If they can push this through court and get favorable rulings, they may bypass the litigation's discrimination argument based on skin color, can it not?
This law is just to test the waters for bigger things. | |
