I’m not crazy about every FSA borrower qualifying for loan forgiveness. That’s a hell of an advantage over non-FSA borrowers. For example, it’s not hard to get an FSFL loan even if you can borrow from a bank or cash flow bins. This could very well turn into loan forgiveness for multimillionaires regardless of race.

Forgiving loans for certain races sounds absolutely ridiculous, but this does have precedent. Up here it was natives getting loans written off plus $50,000 instead of the extra 20%. It didn’t really affect many producers & I’d much rather have that again than blanket forgiveness for every FSA borrower.
