north central Ohio | 1st speed queen we bought 13 years ago they were highly regarded. Went to replace the one in mud room (not a speed queen) and was told speed queens weren’t what they were and that a maytag commercial was much better machine. Same place we bought the speed queen and they still sold speed queen. Bought the maytag commercial and it has not disappointed. Gets greasy clothes clean and can hardly tell it’s running. Paid less than $800 with tax but I hauled home and installed. Local place knocks $100 off if they don’t have to deliver and install.
