I found some more information yesterday. The person was careful not to knock the old systems but said that the hybrid systems might work better. I thought he said that the chane over took place a while back and that Norac has discontinued support for the older systems as of December 2019. This didn't seem quite right but I didn't challenge him.
My plan is to try what came with the sprayer and maybe it will be fine for our situation. If not then I will pursue the matter more at that time.
