 | Local butcher I use comes right to us, kills, skins, guts, and halfs them and then takes everything back to the shop to hang for 2 weeks and then cuts them to our needs..................He leaves everything in a pile for us to clean up after, works super slick and for what he charges I don't ever want to go back to hauling them to someone ever again.  Only thing he needs is a loader.  We just had 3 done in January, he charged $60/head on those to come and do the above on top of the cutting and processing...............For me anyhow,  him and his employee work way too cheap and I gladly will pay that.  I didn't have to leave the place here until I got the call everything was ready to pick up, like that alot. |  |
