| Looking into some different methods to combat the current issues we are having with meat processing delays. I want to gauge your interest in mobile slaughter. Would you be interested in a mobile unit coming to your barn or pasture to harvest a carcass and transport to a processing facility? What are you currently paying per head per species for slaughter, and what premium (if any) would you be willing to pay for this type of service.
