Done did the research. Prior to Trump's EO we were buying transformers etc from China. It was found that these parts if installed in our power grid could be accessed remotely outside the US and reprogramed or shut down. Trump said , not on my watch. So Biden comes in and reverses the EO. Not a good plan.
