We have our trusts done by Barton also. Barton is very good but very expensive. I would also look into Connie Haden in Columbia also. Haden and Haden I think. She did our neighbors for about 1/2 the cost and they were very pleased. Her husband represents the farmers in our Cooper county farmers v Cooper county health board lawsuit. He has done a fantastic job.

The only thing that I haven’t like is I asked the heritage trust developer, in front of our whole family, that if the heritage trust gets contested in court by the irs will he defend it at no cost since he is the developer. The answer was no. He would charge us the hourly rate to defend it.
I don’t know trust development law at all but I think that would get extremely expensive.
