The 22 yo likes livestock but no desire to manage a whole operation
20 yo hates every single thing about farming but he loves a good beef steak
10 yo aspires to be just like dad, pretty sure it is a phase, I will give him another 6-8 years to figure it out then I will start planning an exit strategy.
I will still try to grow right until the day I retire, I am not good with stagnation, so I guess my farm will look a lot different in 15 years |
