It’s hard to know how to advise given the uncertainty and proposals relating to estate taxes, capital gains, etc. what is good now may be all wrong if/when that new stuff gets enacted. We have a single LLC that owns and operates our farm business. May be better to have one own land and another operate the place? I think I’ll wait to see what comes down the pike before making major changes though
