They opened in Portage Wi 2 summers ago. I was afraid they were gonna run tsc out. The Ace store closed thinking they couldn't compete. S&F was ok in the beginning but the shelves got bare due to Covid. The shelves at Tsc were apparently not affected by the virus. So now we have no Ace, fastenal moved on and now S&F is closing.
