I have an similar setup. Get a small electric heater with a thermostat from Menards. Keep it set at a comfortable temperature.

Pretty simple. I think that mine is a 1500 watt heater that uses a 110v outlet on a 20 amp breaker. An insulated room doesn't need a very big heater.
