Just adjust them like a manual adjuster. Either have to pull the tab about the size of a dime out while you turn the screw to get them to back off or they will just ratchet back off but will have to pull hard on wrench. I adjust all my auto adjusters manually every time I grease. They are usually backed off a bit less than 1/2 turn I always go 1/2 turn.
