staffa ontario | An old hunting friend years ago was out with one of his less than upstanding buddies. They were out late and decided to jack light a deer so finally they spotted one and buddy shot it and through it in the back of Bill's (friends) truck. So they are coming home and ended up on main drag in Woodstock about 2am. Stopped at a traffic light and a cop pulled up behind them. Bill said "don't look now but there's a cop behind us."
A few seconds later Bill said " Oh crap the deer just stood up!!!"
The deer jumped out of the truck and ran down the sidewalk and around the corner. Cop was looking down and never seen any of it.
Light turned green and they drove off home.
He passed away this spring so I thought it would be ok to tell that story. They can't get him now!! Lol | |
