West Central Iowa		OK, I did some checking on the I-Pass transponder. We can purchase one just after we cross the IL border in East Moline at any Jewel-Osco store for $32.90 and included in the price is $20.00 of toll payments. Looks like we will either have to call in or go online to activate it.
