The course has holes around and through the development...its hard to explain, to me it looked like an insurance nightmare.
20 years ago it went into CRP as all it did was blow.
Stenehjem estates or something like that. Owner of a bank chain lives(read has a mansion)next to it and has land around it if that gives you an idea of how this works.
