Subject: RE: Leases pasture and allowing bird hunters

Wisconsin
I didn't read the whole link, but I didn't see anything that allowed a tenant to hunt on an agricultural lease. The wording of the lease will trump "common law rules" any day of the week. The wording of the lease was the verbal agreement in this case. The agreement was "cattle grazing" from what I understand, the landowner would be rightly upset if the tenant was out plowing one day.

That section clearly states the landowner can enter the property for a variety of reasons. Show me where I was wrong.
