We've had bread making machines for years - worn a couple out!

380gm water, 600gm bread mix, 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast. Set the machine going, come back in 3 hrs 45 minutes. Beautiful fresh bread.

If you kneed [pun] to make more than one loaf at a time, buy two or three machines!
