A bread machine does a wonderful job of kneading the dough. Wife formed the loaf and baked conventionally. But the bread machine took the work out of the kneading. Did it consistently each batch.

Yep I have one, and you are right; however, I can only make one loaf at a time in the bread machine, and therefore can only bake one loaf at a time. |
