Thanks Russ. Almost sounds like there are 2 possible solutions. 1. Decision-makers say, you know, were just not going to put these fires out. Or 2. Mother nature wins and burns 10-20 million acres this year and we undo 5 decades of "management/bad management'. It's unfortunate but it's the inevitable outcome.
