I had a 650 pound steer get caught in the fork of a tree and broke his front leg then he tried to pull it off, Got him up in a small pen in the barn and it was going around 360 degrees. I thought he was going to lose it but it healed and healed pretty straight but is a lot bigger. It took it about 4 weeks to start healing and stop flopping so much. I didn't think it would do it but had no choice. He is out with the others now and walks good on it.
