Yep. Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen are your friends. Ibuprofen reduces the swelling and Actaminophen blocks the pain. My medical professional friend say to take them together for best effect. My other rule of thumb is if it gets better each day let it heal. If worse or no better see a doctor or chiropractor.
