Rolla, ND | If muscles, ice with wet towel and ice. Other ways tend not to get area cold enough. 20 minutes few times a day. Then heat to limber up.
If you don’t see rapid improvement.
Could be out, get ther to chiropractor. It likely will go back in on it’s own after a few says for muscles to relax.
Then there is the disk potential. Lots of variables in that. If you are still in severe pain or if it radiates down legs or arms or if there is any areas that are numb, then ice might help in short term to keep it from getting worse but you likely need mri and possible surgery.
If pain confined to back area, most likely is torn muscle or out of alighnment.
I’d hit the chiropractor’s. Doc is likely going to give muscle relaxants and pain pills and tell you to take it easy a few days. A DO would be a good first choice too. | |
