I’m a big fan of chiropractic but you should get checked out by an orthopedic doctor. They will order an MRI which will tell if you have a bulging or ruptured disc. Hopefully something is just misaligned but I have a bad feeling that you have a disc problem. Until then alternate ibuprofen and acetaminophen.
