Lancaster, OH | If it is more than sore muscles, go see a good chiropractor first. Anti-inflammatory can help but if you have something out of line, a good chiropractor can fix you up much better and going earlier rather than later is best.
I'd try to not use meds as much as I could . I remember hearing about Carter's little pills but....
I've had good experiences with my Chiropractor for sciatica. If they start talking about helping with infections, find another. You don't take your car to a frame shop to fix the electronics.
