 Nevada, Iowa | I agree, we did one in early August from a special the local Fareway ran. It was on a kettle grill but indirect heat for maybe an hour and a half. It got to 125 then did a reverse sear and wrapped loosely and let set for about 20 minutes. Not as tender as tri tip but close and a nice medium rare. With horseradish sauce and half a baked potato, it was some good eatin. | |
