Subject: Sirloin tip roast all day on a smoker

Illinois
Hello all.

Last weekend I did a brisket and it was a huge success. I pulled out a sirloin tip roast this evening with the thought of doing it on Sunday. I'm happy with the seasonings I used last time and plan to do this one the same way.

My question is should I cook low and slow for about 6 hours then wrap in foil for 5-6 hours at higher heat or is there a better way?

Thanks for any help you can provide
