Blue Earth, MN
I believe the crusting issue is a soil structure and soil health issue. The Pluribus will leave a beautiful strip in soil that has very little structure as long as it's not in a wheel track. However, as one begins to get the soil structure and health back with strip tillage, the strip made with the Pluribus in the fall is neither fine or cloddy regardless if it is in a wheel track or not. We've noticed the soil tills up so much more consistently now then 4 years ago. Just my observation.
