Concrete saw a 2 ft x2 ft square ,dig out soil,replace unit,use a stainless nipple at base if going into poly,refill with sand ,top with crushed stone,makes a great place for water to drain when disconnecting etc,we have a few this way,look nice with crushed granite or pea stone.Worst is standing on your head doing hose clamp,
