barry county mi | Don don't know how it work for you but therapist give me some good stretching deals about a year ago. We have a fom pad 4 inch thick bye 30 in by 7 ft long mat I lay on the floor and I lay on it and I bring my knees up and squeeze my buttocks together couple sets of 15 then I lie flat on my back with my knees upI'll grab them by my hands and pull my knees to my chest and do a couple sets of 15 there then I raise one foot up and hold for 3 seconds 15 times and then the other foot this is in with your knees up and then I walk them several times forward and back laying flat on the back all this is flat on my back and after I get done walking back and forth with my feet with my knees up I do a pelvic raise about two sets of 15 and man my back and walking cease to bother me since I've started doing this it only takes maybe 7 Minutes 7 to 10: minutes and I try to do this every morning I suppose since I've been doing it I haven't missed it 8 or 10 times hope you get to feeling better Archie PS I hurt my back chisel plow on some real hard ground and the tractor started bouncing I turned around when to start bouncing and knock my hip out of place or something anyway the funny part was after I done this therapy I went to the chiropractor any fix me up in about 3 minutes it's kind of funny but that's the way it was | |
