| You can word it however you want. The end result is that the USDA will never reveal the truth in real time. They revised 2018 usage well after everyone had 2028 sold. If they are the geniuses that they claim to be....tell us the acres/yield for 2020 now. Don’t be changing it 18 months from now to fit your balance sheet.
Will be interesting to watch what the crooks do with 2019 numbers. They are/were so far off that it’s comical. Changing the rules on the fly last year exposed their hand. The problem is that their is no check/balances on them.
