Detroit, Dumping is a ticket and max$200 fine. Burning tires is a huge fine and criminal offense. Over 20 tires can be a felony here. Definitely give the DEC, game cops an erection to nail you with whatever they can.
I burned them on a empty lot that’s been used many times for burning “not legal” stuff over the years. I’ll take my chances on getting caught over having some jackasses old tires blocking up my ditches and culverts and messing up my drainage. Not saying I was right or wrong but it’s what I did in a moment of anger and disappointment in the local population.
