A nice elderly lady asked me to give her a quote on bush hogging the land that she just bought. She was bragging about how cheap she got it for. I walked about 100 feet in and you could see piles of tires, shingles, concrete and stumps all over. She didnt bother to walk the land before she bought it. LOL
