Here, wildlife and fisheries, which is our game wardens. They are pretty serious about trash dumping.
I like the trash cans at the Sonic fast food exists.
Only drawback to open container laws (beer & alcohol) usually results in beer bottles littered on roadways. People don’t want empty beer bottles in vehicles because they can get fined for having an open container in vehicles.
